Our story · Est. 2021

A little piece of Venezuela in the heart of Delray Beach

“Gastronomy has changed forever. What used to be simply a service can now be an immersive cultural experience. And this is what we are at Ukelele. We have created a space that is a destination in itself, not just a place to pass through.”

Meet Josney
the chef behind the journey

In 2021, Josney set out to prove that a food truck could be more than food: it could be a destination. He personally curates every detail: the recipes, the music, the lighting, the rhythm of the night, so that every arepa, empanada, and cachapa leaves his kitchen with one mission: make you feel like you just landed in Venezuela.

Meet Rebeca
the heart of the house

Rebeca turns every visit into a homecoming. Bilingual, joyful, and fiercely proud of her roots, she guides you through the menu like a Venezuelan friend would, making sure you’re welcomed like family, never served like a customer.

A cultural

Every dish carries history, context, and an authentic Venezuelan soul.
