Ukelele began in 2021 with a simple conviction: that Venezuelan food deserves more than a counter and a to-go bag. Josney and Rebeca built a place where every detail — the recipes, the music, the lighting, the welcome — works together to carry you straight to Venezuela. What started as a food truck grew into a cultural outdoor spot, a destination in its own right rather than a stop along the way.
Everything we serve is rooted in real Venezuelan tradition, prepared with the ingredients and processes that make each dish taste the way it should. But the flavors are only half of it. The other half is the feeling — being received like family, hearing the stories behind the food, and leaving with a little more of Venezuela than you arrived with. That’s the journey we invite you to take, one plate at a time.
